Organisations face major challenges in sustainability, digitalisation, the labour market and social expectations. These developments do not call for small improvements, but for fundamental change in how we think, organise and work together.

In the module TRANSITION MANAGEMENT you learn how to guide organisations through complex change and lasting transitions. You build insight into change management, leadership, organisational culture and behaviour. You also learn how to involve people in change, turn resistance into commitment, and anchor change so that it holds.

The module combines theory with practice. You work on concrete change assignments and develop a transition approach that fits the challenges of your own organisation or practice. It closes with a practical role play in which you present and implement a transition approach.
