Would you like to play a key role in your organisation's sustainable transition? NI-academy offers a certified post-bachelor Registered Chief Sustainability Officer (CSO) programme. This two-year programme is built for professionals who want to embed sustainability in strategy, innovation, operations and organisational development.

The programme consists of two consecutive years: CSO MANAGER and CSO EXECUTIVE. Together they form a complete route in which you develop from sustainability specialist into a strategic leader of sustainable change.

Throughout the programme you work on real questions from practice and build knowledge and skills in ESG, CSRD, sustainable leadership, innovation, business models and transition management. Theory, assignments from your own practice and examinations combine so that you can apply what you learn directly within your own organisation.

After completing both years you receive the recognised post-bachelor diploma REGISTERED CHIEF SUSTAINABILITY OFFICER (CSO) and become eligible for entry in the CSO register.

The modular structure lets you follow the programme flexibly. You can take the full route, a single year, or individual modules to build expertise where you need it.
